A freaking fruit bomb, texturally plush, viscous and mouth filling, with waves of dark, sweet fruit flavors, spicy oak tones and lovely nuanced chili and herb accents that are pure and deep. This is open for business in an opulent, friendly in your face style. Too much wine for me! 84pts

Remind in 2015 to track down a bottle to drink. After a last minute change to dine in rather than dine out, we picked this up to drink. The tannins are awesome and the vanilla and berry smooth flavors are quite tasty. Buy a bottle and wait as long as you can to drink ;)

Huge red fruit and vanilla nose. Acidic and big with even more vanilla on the palate. Tar and oak. Acidic!

Very loud fruit bomb. What it lacks in complexity it makes up for with raw fruity spice.

Too much, much too much. Overly sweet fruit bomb.

Exceptionally fruity, but just beginning to mellow out with a little age. Medium tannins and lower acidity, but it was the fruit that really shone through - thick, treacly, plums and cherries. Some chocolate and cedar helped round the wine out.

Great texture, tastes of currant and citrus. I would pair this with grilled meats.

A wine that offers a tight, focused beam of loamy earth, dried dark berry, cedar, anise and espresso. Features good length, with gripping tannins. Shows Grgich Hills at the top of its Cabernet game. Best from 2015 through 2026. 14,290 cases made. -JL The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Yountville Selection (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) reveals sexy, open-knit, meaty, charcuterie and black currant aromas and flavors. Medium to full-bodied with silky tannins, abundant fruit, complexity and finesse, it is hard to resist at present, and should continue to evolve for 10-15 years. This valley-wide blend comes from Yountville, Calistoga and Rutherford. It combines the best fruit of the appellations, resulting in a dry, full-bodied and tannic young wine, with classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon flavors of cassis. Beautiful now, after a few hours of decanting, and should hold in the bottle for at least eight years. - S.H.

Elegant and full bodied, the wine's complex aromas of black berries, black licorice and a hint of cocoa powder.

There's lots of richness to this Cabernet, a testimony to the sunny ripeness of the vintage. It bursts with flavors of cassis and blackberry and blueberry jam, complemented by the toasty, smoky butteriness of oak barrels. It's a lovely wine to drink now with upscale fare. Our Yountville vineyard forms the heart of our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with our Rutherford and Calistoga vineyards rounding out the blend. This Cabernet is packed with rich aromas of black cherry, black licorice and a hint of roasted coffee. Its full body and smooth tannins make it the perfect partner with grilled steak, rack of lamb or roasted duck. - Winery ** SOLD OUT **

Licorice sets the tone and makes for a dry entry, headed up by roasted coffee beans and a meaty intensity. A power-packed real estate mogul: Estate vineyards in Yountville, Rutherford and Calistoga deliver the goods in this full-bodied expression of Napa

92 Points - Wine Spectator "Savory herb and ripe currant, berry and plum aromas are firm and intense. Full-bodied and well-structured, with the tannins gaining traction on the finish. Rustic but balanced. Best from 2010 through 2016. "
