Bright purple hue; a lifted and highly aromatic wine, with lots of spice permeating the generous palate of red and black fruits; very long, fine and quite silky with ample fruit and a vivacious finish. Screwcap. A luscious mouthful of red plum, raspberry and blueberry fruit poised artfully against hints of white chocolate, mineral and nutmeg as the flavors wax and linger effectively. Drink now through 2015. 800 cases imported. -HS Unlike the regular Green Point Shiraz, this is sourced entirely from within the Yarra Valley, yielding a peppery, raspberry-scented wine with soft tannins and a creamy texture that still shows crisp acids and plenty of spice on the finish. Drink now-2012. - J.C.

Wine Spectator ReviewRated 91A lucious mouthful of red plum, raspberry and blueberry fruit poised artfully against hints of white chocolate, mineral and nutmeg as the flavors wax and linger effectively. Drink now through 2015.Wine Tasting NotesRich magenta with a ruby hue. Intense fruit aromas of blackberries, mulberries and boysenberries combine with hints of black pepper, anise, violets and gardenias to produce a vibrant and aromatic wine. Soft and supple upon entry, the wine extends to offer concentrated flavours of cracked black pepper, anise and coriander. Delicate and opulent, the mouthfeel is further enhanced by soft and velvety tannins to provide a signature cool climate Shiraz.
