Green Point was established by the Champagne house Moët & Chandon over 20 years ago in the Yarra Valley, in the southeastern state of Victoria. Cool ocean breezes create ideal conditions for the grapes to develop ripe fruit flavors, while retaining their elegance, finesse, and complexity.

Heavy smells of blackberry and pepper. Deep reddish purple color. Slightly sweet yet very dry. This wine compliments apple smoked cheddar cheese to a mild degree. I have found that this wine is much better than expected.
This is a nice smooth wine. It warms your chest without burning. Aj says its gulpable!

Green Point Shiraz 2004 is bright and spicy, with a hint of black pepper weaving through the floral blackberry flavors, lingering nicely on the firm, fine-grained finish.
Rich berry fruit and a touch of white pepper in an easy-to-drink, well rounded style for those who enjoy their Shiraz with soft tannins.
Bright, juicy and lively with blackberry, huckleberry, white pepper and a refined floral character that melds beautifully through the finish, and the tremendous aftertaste just doesn't quit. A stylish Shiraz that should keep giving for years. Best fr... Wine Spectator. A Syrah wine from Victoria in Australia. 2002 Green Point Shiraz 750ml
