Green Point Shiraz 2003
With concentrated aromas, a rich structure and firm, silky tannins, the Green Point Pinot Noir exhibits distinct characters of dark cherry, chocolate and savouriness accentuated by hints of vanillin and spice derived from ageing in French oak barriques. Food pairing - serve with quail, pigeon pie, wild mushroom risotto.
Green Point was established by the Champagne house Moët & Chandon over 20 years ago in the Yarra Valley, in the southeastern state of Victoria. Cool ocean breezes create ideal conditions for the grapes to develop ripe fruit flavors, while retaining their elegance, finesse, and complexity.
