Graziano Zinfandel Redwood Valley 2005

Member Review by Wine Fire:

This wines launches with a bright, zingy cherry and blackberry medley with sweet pepper intermingled. The palate has a terrific grip, start to finish, with strong blackberry and pepper, along with raspberry, cranberry and assortment of spices. Beautifully balanced, the spice spreads the fruit and retains its zing as the bright red fruits evolve. Pepper and spice sustain balance with fruits through 3 hours. The wine peaks at 2 hours.

Gregory Graziano, Vincenzo's grandson, now carries on the family winemaking tradition that his grandfather set the foundation for and that his father Joseph later handed down to Gregory. Read less
