Graziano Zinfandel Kazmet Vineyards 2010

Editorial Review by Gregory Dal Piaz:

A little tarry on the nose, with hickory smoke and some mid level sandalwood spice adding complexity to the blue-tinged subtle blackberry fruit. This is fresh and juicy in the mouth with bright fruit that shows a sweet edge to the very red, tart fruit. While a fairly big wine, this is not terribly dense, with a lovely finish that shows a hint of a sweet edge and oaky spice on the finale. 88 points

Gregory Graziano, Vincenzo's grandson, now carries on the family winemaking tradition that his grandfather set the foundation for and that his father Joseph later handed down to Gregory. Read less
