This Bordeaux-styled Cabernet Sauvignon was fremented in stainless steel and blended with small amounts of Cabernet Franc and Merlot resulting in a complex wine. Barrel aged in American oak for eighteen months before being bottled as an unfiltered wine. The velvety tannins, accented by flavors of plum, black cherry and earthy overtones, make this an excellent wine to serve with a favorite beef dish.
