Biscuity and yeasty on the nose with a touch of seaweed and a Vegemite like savoriness. In the mouth this has a taut, muscular texture that is very appealing with bright cutting acids and a sinewy edge to the rather subtle but balanced fruit ones. 89pts

Dense, intense and structured. This wine is built for some serious aging and needs decanting before it is consumed (not enough white wines are decanted). This wine represents the pinnacle of serious whites.

Fantastic white like none in the world (if not from the same area). Almost too rich to classify as 'white'. Extremely well structured, so dense it's cloudy. Make sure to enjoy it at a higher temperature than normal whites, otherwise it will not show its potential. A unique experience.

This white wine is fermented on the skins for much longer than usual, and then aged in amphorae. There's a near copper tint to the mostly golden hue. On the palate are endlessly changing aromas - ripe pears, white pepper, even melon.
