A Loire crémant crafted with the same skill and attention to detail as one of Champagne's most tradtional houses is guaranteed not to disappoint. An elegant expression of Cabernet Franc with a dollop of Grolleau, this mineral driven, dry rosé cajoles one's palate with crisp red berry fruit. Serve with fish course or fruit course, but this is a fine companion to fresh goat cheese.
