The originality and the secret of this wine are in the first place the late harvest of the grapes, when due to the noble rottenness; the must from the grapes is well concentrated. With a yellow greenish color when it is young up to yellow gold after obsolescence similar to the color of the grapes leafs, with a taste similar to the nutmeat interlacing with shades of plumy and pit almond at which are added the flavors of the noble rottenness.
