The soil is clayey, which is the ideal terrain for the cultivation of the autochthonous varietal Negroamaro, predominantly planted in this zone.<br/><br/>Vinification Method: This Riserva unites the signature aromas of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera and delights with a fruity sweet bouquet with a note of cedar-wood. The taste is full-bodied and smooth. Storage: 2 - 3 years<br/><br/>Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 %<br/><br/>Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l
