From grapes picked after ripening, our soft Boreaux presents a beautiful pale yellow color, great finesse and a very pleasant bouquet.
Nice white Bordeaux...enjoyed with 2011 Easter dinner.
Finally found a white Bordeaux that was not to my liking. I suspect 25% Muscadelle in the blend made it to sweet for my taste.
