RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
A great semi-dry blend of Merlot, Shiraz, and Zinfandel. Neither Shiraz nor Zin grows well in Ohio, so they are brought in from California. Merlot used is GRV Merlot. Medium-bodied red that contains a lot of flavor and aroma based on the Zinfandel and Shiraz – spicy, smoky, tobacco, plum, berries. I suggest pairing this wine with many types of grilled or smoked foods. Also makes great Sangria.
