Graham Tawny 10 Years of Age Port 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

Fine Tawny colour, with a lovely fragrant nose of dried fruits such as orange peel. On the palate intense nutty flavours well balanced by some fresh mature fruit, and with delicious length on the finish.

Best ten-year tawny's I've tasted. Frankly, while I'm not a connoisseur, Graham's 10-year is certainly a better buy and basically as good of a wine as their 20-year old tawny.

Complex orange peel, cedar and plum aromas and flavors, medium body and sweetness and clean finish. Absolutely delicious. Pure honey.

A Tawny from Portugal aged 10 years in oak to add complexity.

This is rich on the nose, with candied fruit, fruitcake, toffee and maple syrup. Full-bodied and medium sweet, with a brilliant aftertaste of fruit and caramel. Lasts for minutes on your palate. I have always loved this tawny. Drink now.

Light mahogany color with a ruby cast. Medium-bodied. Moderately extracted. Toasted wood, brown spices. Quite aromatic with a rich and flavorful palate feel. Well balanced with good grip through the finish.

This has a zesty, sweet floral aroma, with well-spiced flavors of apple tart, flan and cocoa powder. The plush, mouthfilling finish of cream, vanilla and raspberry is fresh and balanced. Drink now.

Fruit-leather flavors of dried apricot combine with a sweeter tone, like baba au rhum. this is a dark tones, pleasantly woody wine for dried fruit or nuts.
