Graham Tawny 10 Years of Age Port 2007
External Reviews for Graham Tawny 10 Years of Age Port
Complex orange peel, cedar and plum aromas and flavors, medium body and sweetness and clean finish. Absolutely delicious. Pure honey.
Powered with acidity and its firm structure, this is an intensely dry, concentrated, powerful wine. It certainly has wines in the blend that are older than 10 years, yet it is definitely a 10-Year Old in style, as the fresh fruit to finish confirms.
The Graham's 10 Years Old Tawny Porto is much drier than other ports. It is powered with acidity and a firm, sophisticated structure that is perfect for those who do not like overly sweet ports.
Light mahogany color with a ruby cast. Medium-bodied. Moderately extracted. Toasted wood, brown spices. Quite aromatic with a rich and flavorful palate feel. Well balanced with good grip through the finish.
This is rich on the nose, with candied fruit, fruitcake, toffee and maple syrup. Full-bodied and medium sweet, with a brilliant aftertaste of fruit and caramel. Lasts for minutes on your palate. I have always loved this tawny. Drink now.
Fruit-leather flavors of dried apricot combine with a sweeter tone, like baba au rhum. this is a dark tones, pleasantly woody wine for dried fruit or nuts.
