Nose: Smoky leather, tobacco, sour black cherries Taste: Initial sour cherries and white asparagus leads to a burst of fruit and black licorice on the mid-palate, firm tannins on the finish that coats your mouth that handles the alcohol well. Good structure, finish lingers well over a minute. Pair with: steak, aged cheeses, mushrooms.
