Grace Vineyards Koshu 2012
The Japanese have a highly successfully (if small) wine industry. Unsurprisingly, their wines are delicate, floral and elegantly restrained, which makes them a perfect accompaniment to Sushi food and light salad dishes with a few garlic prawns thrown in. This Koshu is stainless steel fermented with no oak ageing, making it crisp and youthful. As it ages, the colour and aromatics will develop. Read more about the Koshu inHannibal's Blog.
