Goulart Torrontes 2010
Light and crisp with hints of pear. Floral finish but not overpowering. Would be a very good wine to take with you to a dinner party because it is very versitile and pairs well with a variety of appetizers. Fermented at low tempartures in stainless steel.Add winemaker's notes

Wet, refreshing and clean, with lychee and line aromas. The palate has a touch of oily richness to it, but mostly it delivers proper honeydew, lime and powdered sugar flavors on a whispy body. Cleansing on the finish, with a final wave of green apple.
Fresh, with light spiced peach and tangerine notes. The nice crisp finish brings you back for another sip. Drink now.
Pale yellow. Subtle citrus and floral aromas, plus a hint of licorice. Intensely flavored and firmly built but not at all hard or tart, with notes of grapefruit, lemon, white flowers and spices. Lovely subtle, aromatic torrontes with a well-judged touch of residual sugar.
Goulartrsquo;s 2008 Torrontes ldquo;Trdquo; is light straw-colored with a fragrant nose of baking spices, lychee, pineapple, and a touch of citrus. Crisp, dry, and lively, this vibrant, balanced effort will offer pleasure over the next 1ndash;2 years.
This wine has an enticing aroma that is strikingly similar to Gewuuml;rtztraminer, with hints of peach, flowers, and orange citrus fruit. On the palate, it has beautiful structure and acidity along with tropical fruit flavors. It also has plenty of body for a wine that shows such delicate aromas and flavors. Fruity, floral and yet still quite dry, this wine has to be tasted to be believed. Great partner for blackened fish or spicy Thai food.
