Gouguenheim Malbec Reserve 2008
The long-awaited and much-anticipated big brother of the now-famous Gouguenheim Malbec. This shining example will not disappoint the burgeoning hordes of ‘Goug’ fans out there with its deep purple, almost opaque colour, big wafts of dense black fruits on the nose and a velveteen texture on the palate that is the winery’s hallmark.
Deep purple color with black hints; very profound and intense; great complexity in the nose; red and black cherry flavors, ripe fruits, tones of vanilla, chocolate and coffee due to the oak aging; a full-bodied wine with a nice French oak on the finish—very complex and yet balanced and with plenty of fruits Alcohol: 13.50%. Residual sugar: 2.47 g/l. Total acidity: 5.24 g/l www.lavieenvin.com/documents/Techsheet_MbecRes2008.pdf www.bodegagouguenheim.com.ar/
