The ultimate definition of a prestige cuvee. Fine, delicate perlage. A vivid, complex nose reminiscent of vanilla, mocha and honey, combined with accents of violet and hawthorn. Caramel, vanilla, brioche and some spice carry through in the palate, which expertly combines complexity, richness and depth with balance and finesse.

What a way to start a dinner. Pale honey color, nose of toasted bread and light honey. Opened up by the minute and got more and more complex and deep. Nice nutty bread dough on the palate with a core of minerality and lively acidity. The slight oxidative nuances and aged elements were in great balance with it's body and freshness. Worth every penny.
