Food Pairings for Good Earth Winery Aarohi Sauvignon Blanc
Its very nice on the nose - a faint touch of grassy and aromas of guava. palate offers little too high on the acidity and finishes with a slightly tart taste. It's not anywhere close to the traditional sauvignon blanc that I have tasted in the past, but it is different !

Sold in Mumbai and other Indian cities for almost a year, the wine brand is now launching in the US market.
Nashik's best Sauvignon Blanc grapes morph into a medley of tropical fruits and herbs. Medium bodied, light yellow color. Aarohi immediately makes its presence felt on the nose and on the palate. Grassy, herbacious, but also full of guava and banana.
