This opens with a sharp edge to the nutty, almond brittle notes that have background tones of dried lime zest and herbs with a bit of sweet pumpkin candy adding depth. Nice caramel notes on the palate leading to a burnt orange rind edge on the soil driven spicy finish that turns a bit sweetly smoky on the finale. With air this rounds out nicely offering more richness and and depth particularly on the finish. 93pts
