Nick Goldschmidt produces millions of cases of fine wine at Clos du Bois, Beauna Vista, William Hill, Atlas Peak and many more renowned California wineries but Goldschmidt Vineyard is all his own. This is where he creates extraordinary small lot wines from the vineyards and terroir that he knows so well. The Vyborny vineyard where the 100% Cabernet grapes for this wine are sourced is a 5 acre plot with old vines and southeast exposure. The grapes are fermented slowly over four weeks and the wine is aged in 100% new oak for 20 months.
