Really nice balance between fruit and acidity. Classic Sauvignon Blanc character plus attractive grapefruit notes. Great cocktail hour wine as well. Pairings: Asparagus & Proscuitto Omelet or Frittata, Grilled Tuna with Citrus Butter, Asian Chicken Salad and Citrus marinated scallops.
