Golden Grape Ice Wine 2010
The grapes were harvested December 28th and 29th of 2010. Pressing yielded a must of 38.3 Brix. Fermented to 12.9% alcohol and aged in 100% new French oak barrels. The residual sugar is now 194g/L. The bottle has a hand made paper label that has been hand numbered.Produced 2460 375mL bottles or 205 cases.
