Winemaker's Notes:

A blend of rich spicy Shiraz and a brooding Pinotage. Medium - full bodied, ripe tannins with good length and structure, backed by careful oaking. This wine certainly has the structure and tannin to age for 3 - 5 years. Dark ruby red. Dark fruit, with complex spiciness and pepper aromas. Full fruit laden palate with good concentration and a rich finish. Subtle oaking elevates the combination of fruit and rich spice. Cellaring: Will drink well now, through to 2010
