Gloria Ferrer is one of the most respected sparkling wine producers in California. This Blanc de Blanc is 100% Chardonnay. Flavors of baked apples and crisp citrus combine with a soft nuttiness that makes this wine irresistible. Not quite as dry as a Brut, it is very appealing to Champagne drinkers of all ages!

All Chardonnay, this wine has a dry elegance that makes it taste really upscale. It shows subtle peach, bread dough, smoky char and vanilla flavors, and is quite acidic. Makes you think of wedding toasts.

Fresh and supple, with creamy citrus and white chocolate aromas and crisp lemon, baked apple and spice flavors that linger. Drink now through 2012.

Crafted exclusively from hand-harvested Chardonnay, the 2005 Blanc de Blancs represents the synergy of careful grape growing, artisan cellar practices and the winemaker's blending skill. Blanc de Blancs is prized among sparkling wine connoisseurs because of the rich textural qualities, complex aromas, elegance and promising aging potential that Chardonnay provides. • Whole-cluster pressed for delicacy • Fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 55F to 60F to retain vibrancy and freshness • This cuvee is a blend of eight base wines • More than three years cellar aging on the yeast developed great complexity and lasting effervescence
