Glenora Wine Cellars:
Glenora Wine Cellars has been in the wine industry for over 30 years producing award winning high quality wines. Glenora Wine Cellars was the first winery on Seneca Lake in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes Wine Country. Today the property offers a 30-room inn (Inn at Glenora) and a gourmet restaurant (Veraisons) joining the winery on the beautifully groomed 40-acre estate.
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

2008 13.0% ABV Syrah 750mL $16.99 Rich garnet color that thins slightly at the rim. Notes of cherries and pepper in the nose. Stone fruits, some pepper and a nice touch of oak on the finish.

A rich, intensely flavored red wine with shades of cherry, black pepper, and French oak. This wine is dry, full-bodied, intensely concentrated, and has firm but supple tannins. Our Syrah is enjoyable now but will reward those who allow it to age for a few years. - Winery
