Surely therersquo;s hardly a more remarkable success story than Glen Ellenrsquo;s, the brainchild of the Benziger importing family and since rsquo;93 a property of Heublein. Glen Ellen invented the fighting varietal category in the eighties, and their varietal wines today remain reliable and excellent values.
