Glen Ellen is a wine produced by Concannon Wines, named for the wine-centric town in the Sonoma Valley. These are classic examples of California mainstays, and are available in large and small format bottles.
A vigorous, slightly astringent, and fruity wine, with a long and pleasant finish.

Glen Ellen invented the fighting varietal category in the eighties, and their varietal wines today remain reliable and excellent values.
A bit chewy, with some anise and herbs on the palate. A pleasant, if simple, cherry note finishes it off.
