This beautiful area of Catalonia, halfway between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona, is bordered to the south by the Mediterranean Sea and to the north by the spectacular and remarkable solid mass of Montserrat. Around 26,000 hectares of natural paradise, witness to a long and noble historical tradition and a place where climatic and topographical conditions come together to form an ideal environment for cultivating and producing wines of the highest quality.
External Reviews for Giró Ribot Cava Brut Rosé
This Rosé Cava is made from the rare, indigenous grape Trepat, blended with 15% Pinot Noir. Gorgeous red berry fruit, dry on the palate, with an extremely small bead. Enticing.
This is the first time that this Gir¢ Ribot Cava has been exported into the United States and it intrigued us on the first sip. The first thing that you will notice is a nose reminiscent of champagne. Gorgeous citrus and floral notes fill the mouth as the light bubble tickles the tongue. This wine finishes with a mineral undercurrent.
