Food Pairings for Giribaldi San Lorenzo
Smokey/Spicy right away with dark cherries on the back. Some fruits of the forest as well. Licorice, leather, and cloves. Quite aromatic. On the tongue it's quite spicy as well, or is it the fuet (Spanish salami but better as the Catalans say). Tart and fruity as well on the tongue. Does go well with the fuet and crackers on the table.
