Deep garnet color; bouquet of cherries, kirsch and cedar. Medium-bodied; soft; unctuous with great fruit (strawberries and black cherries) and caramelized flavors; sweet tannins. Good finish on fruit. Cellerable for 2-4 years. Ideal for aperitif or with food such as pasta, pizzas, veal and light cheeses.
