What to Expect

Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshingly crisp white wine that offers citrus and tropical fruit flavors with very aromatic notes of green chilies, grass, herbs, asparagus and gooseberries commonly contributing to the bouquet. Sauvignon Blanc is generally unaoked allowing the fruit to shine and highlighting the delicacy of the grape.

Girard picked the fruit fully ripe to provide classic tropical, citrus and floral aromas with alighter mouth feel and excellent acidity. This all adds up to an extremely food friendly winethat is just as enjoyable on its own. It is bright, fresh, clean and crisp. This is the perfect wine for lighter seafood and chicken dishes or greensalads. It also makes a lovely aperitif.
