Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Fom vines at the top of the hill; this bottling was previously called Bricat Le Gramolere. Good full red. Sexy sweet aromas of redcurrant strawberry dried rose and nutty oak. Lovely acidity gives energy and vinosity to the flavors of strawberry tobacco marzipan and flowers. Perhaps best today on the firm highly aromatic finish which offers terrific cut and sappiness. A wonderfully vibrant wine that's more pristine than past vintages here. The best yet for this cuvee. 93 pointsBy Stephen Tanzer Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar Nov/Dec 07
