what a wonderful weeknight (or anytime) wine. Deep, dark, black cherry flavor with a nice finish.

Garnet in color. When first opened, I smelled floral notes, maybe rose with lots of cherry. After 20 minutes I could only detect the berry. The palate to me was cranberries with the charateric cranberry tartness. Firm tannins lead to a long dry finish.
