Gilliard les Murettes Fendant 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

Wine Tasting Notes A great classic. Svelte, elegant, fruity on the palate, with a mineral character, it is a wine for any time of day. It is enjoyed as an aperitif, with grilled or pan-fried fish, with shellfish and sea food, not forgetting raclette and alpine cheeses. Flowery, slight character of the different areas. Straw yellow, bright good presence of CO2. Mineral character, good presence of CO2, crispy, intense.

A dry white from the Valais region of Switzerland. Made from the Chasselas grape. Aromas of yellow fruit, yellow plums and cherries. Perfect for Raclette or Fondue.
