RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

The dark ruby/purple-hued 2002 Merlot is a pure, spicy, medium-bodied, restrained, attractive Merlot to enjoy over the next 5-6 years. This is a good red wine, with aromas of bacon bits and vanilla bean, but it is not very interesting or varietally distinct. It has red-plum flavors and a medium body, and closes with smooth, woody tannins. Imported by Old Bridge Cellars. - D.T. Full red. A violety perfume lifts spicy aromas of dark cherry and charcuterie, tightly woven with cedary oak. Nicely balanced on the palate, with clear black cherry, dark plum and fresh mint flavors. An honest, varietally correct wine, finishing with tightly knit tannins and chocolatey oak.
