Giacomo Grimaldi Barolo Italy 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

Grimaldi’s 2007s showed beautifully, but they needed quite a bit of time to reveal their underlying subtlety and nuance. The 2007 Barolo, from vineyards in Terlo and Ravera, is an open, supple offering laced with dark, jammy fruit, licorice and violets. This round, sumptuous Barolo is an excellent choice for drinking over the next few years.- Wine Advocate
