Blend of 37% macabeu, 15% parellada, 12% sauvignon blanc,12% chardonnay, 10% müller turgau, 5% riesling, 5% albariño and 3% muscat. The vines are supported by trellis, in a clay-calcareous and franc-clay soil. Hand harvested and cooled in cold-storage rooms before going through the selection table. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16°C. 10% of wine ferments and ages 3 months sur lies, with bâtonnage twice a week the first month in new french oak barrels. Greeny-gold color very bright. Apples, pears, pineapples, mangos, apricots, peach liquor, orange flowers, citric notes, mints, green grass and aromatic herbs like rosemary and thyme on the nose. Palate is fresh, bright and lively with creamy on the mouth. Good acidity and citric tons. Persistents floral and mineral aftertaste notes. Good balance volume/acidity.
Dark red cherry colour. Singular nose with wide aromatic spectrum, with tones of red fruits of the forest, blackberry, bilberry, spices like pepper and clove, and toasted aromas of good wood. In the mouth is intense, voluminous, nice, with sweet thin tannins, and notes of matured fruits of forest. In retronasal is long and persistent with tones of cherry, jam and toasteds.
