Winemaker's Notes:

Pale straw color, with delicate greenish highlights. Intense fruit and floral fragrance. On the palate it is strongly typical of Gavi: fruity and flinty with notes of almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts lingering in the finish. Food match: white meats, sushi, Soft cheeses, shrimp, shellfish, salmon, oysters, fowl, fish, crab, chicken.
