Winemaker's Notes:

50% Muscat, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Macabeu. Calcinaires means limestone land in Catalan. Only indigenous yeasts used for fermentation with a short aging time in steel tank. Delicate aromas of orange blossom and apricot lead to more pronounced citrus flavours on the palate, with a squeeze of grapefruit to finish. Alcohol 12.0%. Not yet reviewed; 2012 vintage rated 90-91 points David Schildknecht (Wine Advocate).
