Winemaker's Notes:

Pale garnet red in color the San Francesco has an intense nose with frank fruity aromas of ripe plum black sour cherry and sweet spices. Delicate and well balanced on the palate the wine is soft and harmonious intensely flavored with good length. The San Francesco would make a particularly good match for pasta dishes with meat sauce.
