Dusty red berry on the nose along with cherry, strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate. On the palate, brisk acid and firm tannin with a hint of minerality. Flavors of cherry and pomegranate. Darker palate than nose lead to. Great plummy accents as well. Really nice structure. 91 pts. 11/24/12

Winemaker's Notes:

94 points James Suckling: Complex aromas, dried strawberries, cherries and flowers follow through to a full body, with silky tannins and a long savory finish. This wine really makes you want to drink it. Open the bottle now or cellar for three or four years. (6/11/12)
