This Pinot Noir-based wine is complex and smooth, with herbal and black cherry essences. Food Pairings Pairs well with full-flavored fowl dishes, barbecue and light tomato-based pasta.

A blend of vinifera and French hybrid grapes, this medium-bodied, dry red is herbal and berry in nature with hints of plum, cherry and oak. Heron Hill shows some finesse with this blend, one of only a few on the market, specially produced to complement full-flavored game bird dishes.
