Gallo of Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma Valley Northern Sonoma Estate 2004

External Review by Astor Wines & Spirits:

This is a classic Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon: filled to the brim with sweet, dark, blackberry fruit; centered at the core with mineral-tinged earthiness; and balanced by good acidity and very soft, yet present tannins. Pairs fantastically with steaks and barbeque fare.

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
