Galil Mountain Viognier Galil 2011

External Review by Skyview Wine and Liquors:

Clear lemon yellow color. An aromatic wine combining fruit notes of ripe apricot and nectarine with a touch of tropical fruit, banana and melon. A balanced Viognier with gentle acidity and hints of oak. A medium-to-full bodied wine with a long, velvety finish.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
