What to Expect
Merlot has gotten a bad rap as of late but there is no denying the wine's appeal. Packed with deep, dark berry fruit and nuanced hints of cocoa, herb and earth with a soft structure. Its velvety texture makes Merlot instantly appealing and an obvious alternative to similar, more tannic Bordeaux varieties.

What else can I say about this Super-Tuscan other than it's my favorite of its style at this price. The fruit, the extracted tannins, the way it evolves as you drink it - even though I've decanted it for 45minutes already! - this wine rocks! Open a bottle, let it sit for an hour, then let it knock your socks off... nuff said.
