a dream of a GV. The intensity of scents is amazing - ripe quince, spices, fresh green pepper (the first time ever that I found that in a GV - and I’ve tasted a lot … but “M” isn’t just some Grüner Veltliner --- just blew me over!) extremely full on the palate, very spicy at the back! A wine to meditate over … 14,5 %Vol., but just perfectly bound - gives the wine opulence and a great structure. Like to try that one again in five years!
