Food Pairings for Fundação Eugénio de Almeida White Blend Évora Cartuxa
Kind of a mess. Nose and initial attack is very intriguing with some maraschino cherries and spicy alcohol heat, but the finish just falls apart with something that I can only describe as the difference between cheddar and extra sharp cheddar. Very sharp unpleasing finish.
Serviceable. Nothing more, nothing less. Extra average.
