Fuki Plum NV
"Made with grape spirits and other natural flavors. This wine is made by a unique method cultivated for hundreds of years in Japan. The plums are picked at dawn and processed the same day to keep their dewy freshness and flavor which distinguishes Fu-Ki from all other wines. Its delicate, light and subtle flavor is equally delicious served chilled or on the rocks." -Brewery
Delicious and fun. I love this wine as a dessert. The taste is quite sweet so it probably doesn't benefit to pair with a meal aside from say, sushi or salad. For an extra kick, I enjoy a small shot of sake mixed with this plum wine, which adds a rice and paper-y taste which is really enjoyable.
Luscious fruity full of plum, cherry and a side of almond, this unique flavour combo is unlikely to be found anywhere else. Agreeable dessert wine, if you're a friend of ports and cordials. Easy to forget it's alcoholic until you've had one too many glasses.
I first had this at a tasting here in town. I fell in love with it. This is by far the best tasting and after tasting dessert wine I have ever had.
Has an almond tang unlike other plum wines I've tried. Sweet & almost like almond cough syrup... But in a good way!
Deliciously sweet, with a taste reminiscent of almonds or cherries. Perfect as-is, or would be great as a spritzer.
I love a sweet wine and this is by far the best wine I have ever had the pleasure of drinking!
I really enjoy this wine. It is a fun wine and very refreshing. Great!
